Chargé d’Affaires hosted the U.S. Embassy’s intercultural celebration

The vision of civil rights legend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the vibrancy of Black History Month were alive at the U.S. Embassy’s intercultural celebration hosted by Chargé d’Affaires Kent Logsdon and Cultural Affairs Officer Michelle Logsdon on February 2.  Approximately 100 distinguished German religious, government, and civil society leaders attended the event.  In his remarks, Chargé d’Affaires Logsdon underscored the enduring importance of promoting freedom and democracy and protecting human rights to U.S. foreign policy.
