The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange program, or CBYX is a joint program of the German Bundestag and the U.S. Congress that has been awarding scholarships since 1983 to dedicated students and young professionals who wish to spend a year with an American host family, attend school, and complete an internship. Full scholarships are awarded for the program.
