Cyber Bilateral consultations in Berlin

On June 26, the U.S. and German governments met in their latest round of Cyber Bilateral consultations to discuss a broad range of cyber issues. The U.S. Delegation was led by State Department Cyber Coordinator Chris Painter and included Coordinator for Communication and Information Policy Ambassador Danny Sepulveda, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor Scott Busby, White House Deputy Chief Technical Officer Nicole Wong, and representatives of the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, Commerce/NTIA, NIST, and the National Security Council. After the consultations, the U.S. Delegation and their German counterparts met near the Brandenburg Gate to watch the two countries’ soccer teams face off in the World Cup.
