The General Services Office at the American Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main, Germany is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable packing companies with sufficient resources and work experience to perform the duties of packing, unpacking, customs clearance, transportation, and freight services for inbound and outbound shipments of Household Effects, Air freight, Consumables and Privately owned Vehicles to and from Frankfurt to be transported throughout the world.
This Tender of Service (TOS) will be in effect from 1 February 2023 thru 31 January 2024.
A complete Tender Package including all applicable approval documentation as outlined in the attached TOS, Section 2 Item 2-2 Approval to Participate, must be received by latest 10 January 2023 at 2:00 p.m./1400 CET.
The completed tender package must be sent via regular local mail or via a reputable small package forwarder (FedEx, DHL etc.) to the American Consulate General, Attn: GSO/Customs and Shipping, E-210, Giessener Strasse 30, 60435 Frankfurt am Main with all required documents attached. A complete package may also be sent via Email to: Frankfurtcustomsandshipping@state.gov The cover letter and/or email should clearly reference the following: Packing TOS FRANK 2023 – Tender number: FRAGE23P0005.
