Due to the pandemic restrictions, the U.S. Embassy in Berlin and the Consulates in Frankfurt and Munich are offering a more limited number of appointments for passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and notarials.

If you find there are no dates available when trying to book an appointment online, and you require an emergency appointment because you have imminent travel or other urgent need, please email Berlin, Frankfurt, or Munich. 

Please state the type of service you need in the subject of your email, and provide a clear explanation of the urgency.
