Check your passport application status at

For overseas passports, review the following information:
Not Found The status of your passport will be available about two weeks after your application has been received by our passport units. If it has been more than two weeks, Not Found generally means we are experiencing a temporary technical issue with our Online Passport Status System.
Ín Process Your application is being reviewed at one of our processing centers. The length of time your application remains In Process depends on our current processing times.
Approved We have finished reviewing your application and will begin printing your completed passport.
Mailed (to the embassy or consulates overseas) Once received at post, please count two to three days of processing before your passport gets forwarded to the address provided on the prepaid envelope you submitted. At this point, you can track your passport using the tracking number you received from the chosen courier.
